The article highlights one of the aspects systemic psychological and pedagogical problem related to formation career competence future managers in field education. expediency using modeling as a method is substantiated. As result analysis scientific works, generalization experience structural functional model education offered. designed detailed by consistently defined components: target, content, technological diagnostic blocks.The target component reflects goal which all constituent elements are subordinated, realized through set tasks. content block reveals composition includes managers’ professional training unit organizational conditions that ensure effectiveness model. stages master's preparation their didactic support also revealed. aimed at determining state (criteria, indicators, levels), gives an idea mechanism implementation developed comparing results were got with predicted ones.In course research author came conclusion structural-functional will allow continuity educational process help prepare highly qualified manager It great practical importance can be used education, adaptation, staff institutions; while writing textbooks, manuals, diploma theses.
